We are happy to announce that Barrier Farms is now open for pre-order for Spring 2018! Pre-ordering is crucial for all orders both large and small to insure that what you want is available for you to pick up at the time you wish to do so. Each cow only produces certain amounts of each cut, steaks, roasts, brisket, etc. In order to please as many customers possible, we offer pre-ordering so we can better know how to process each cow to provide as much meat in the variety wanted. Pre-ordering is open for 1-2 weeks and after that beef is open to the public 2-3 weeks after.
